Cleveland TN company needs Caregiver Supervisor in Cleveland, Tennessee

We are looking for a Caregiving Supervisor for our office in Cleveland, TN.
 
Qualified applicant should:
 
Have experience as a Caregiver/CNA
Have worked with dementia patients, especially
Have experience with Quickbooks and MS Office (Excel, in particular)
Have experience scheduling large numbers of employees
Have experience handling call-outs, and filling shifts as they come up
Have experience interviewing applicants

Supervisor will be expected to work an average of 50 hours a week, to include two weeks a month taking our emergency "On call" phone and handling after-hours callouts and emergencies at a moment's notice.
